Perro's Flowers

Spoke with the absolute sweetest woman yesterday when I called to send my best friend flowers. Blown away at how beautiful they are and my best friend loves them! I’m all the way in Texas so being able to do this, have the process be so easy, and the flowers be so beautiful—I’m so grateful! Thank you so much!

I’m usually not one to leave reviews, but WOW — Perro’s truly deserves all the praise! We’re from out of state, and when our family lost a loved one we also cared deeply for, we wanted a local florist who could honor her memory and bring some comfort to those she left behind. Perro’s stood out immediately: over 1k great reviews, an appealing and easy‑to‑use website with photos of many beautiful arrangement options to actually see and choose from, and same‑day delivery. We decided to give them a try, and we’re so glad we did! Ordering online from a shop you don’t know is always a risk, but the arrangement actually exceeded expectations — fuller and even more beautiful than the photo, which seems unheard of these days! We placed our order at 8:50 a.m., and it was delivered by 1 p.m. that same day. The flowers truly brightened our loved ones’ day, even during such a sad time, which meant the world to us as well. Thank you, Perro’s — we know exactly where we’ll be ordering flowers for family in the area in the future, and it sounds like you’ve gained a few new local fans too!

Technology has come very far where personal numbers don’t need to get involved. 3 figure dish garden arrangement with add fresh cut flowers , website would not have a pic of what it looked like , would it? When you have substitution policy in place. I wish I had read the one star reviews before placing an order for delivery. Do NOT rely on their website or emails for promptness. Not monitored Regularly is what I have been told. ** As a first time out of state customer I requested to see a picture of the arrangement that I will never get to see now. Auto sent acknowledgment email regarding the request was never followed up before the delivery. I understand it may not be possible with each delivery but special request was made since I am not local and I don’t know anything about the location or business. I just chose Perro’s with Google search and reviews hoping to get the right service. Happy with the timeline of prompt delivery. Hoping it was a good arrangement worth the money I spent , since I would not get an

Staff was amazing and so knowledgeable, insightful, and caring. In from out of town for my sister’s Celebration of Life and the floral arrangements, well they just nailed it! And then I left designer to do the table arrangements with just a vision and again they were amazing and perfect. Delivery was on time and I liked that they notified us when the flowers arrived. Everyone complimented on how beautiful the arrangements were Thank you for helping make this a special day of remembrance
